Since 2014, RSM has supported employee network groups (ENGs) that provide opportunities for volunteerism, professional development, mentorship and networking for everyone at our firm.
Open to all RSM people, our 12 ENGs bring together people with similar interests. Each group offers unique ways for all employees to grow and learn, while they celebrate all walks of life, interests and backgrounds. Our ENGs are a critical component of what makes RSM a welcoming firm where everyone is empowered to achieve their full potential.
For its members, each ENG serves as a sounding board and a resource for communication and connection. RSM leaders look to our ENGs for innovative insights to help enrich experiences for our clients and our people. The groups are open to all employees and more than half of our workforce belongs to at least one ENG.
The African American and Canadian Excellence (AACE) group nurtures an environment that supports its members in their pursuit of professional excellence.
Our InspirAsian network engages its members in career development opportunities and cultural events.
