Employee network groups
Since 2014, RSM has supported employee network groups (ENGs) that provide opportunities for volunteerism, professional development, mentorship and networking for everyone at our firm. Our 12 ENGs bring together people with similar interests. Each offers unique ways for all employees to grow and learn, while they celebrate all walks of life, interests and backgrounds.

Student scholarships
Our Power Your Education Scholarship programs award students with financial support and invitations to an RSM information session.
Leadership
RSM’s Enterprise Stewardship Steering Committee serves as an executive-level advisory board that helps guide, shape and advance organizational culture and policy for the firm.
In addition, thousands of RSM professionals devote time to internal workforce and workplace initiatives (including participation in our many groups and activities), as well as marketplace and community programs.
