As of Feb. 1, 2024, the RSM Canada restructuring and recovery services practice has been acquired by its service practice leaders Bryan A. Tannenbaum, Arif Dhanani and Jeff Berger. RSM Canada Limited, the Licensed Insolvency Trustee, has been rebranded and changed its name to TDB Restructuring Limited (“TDB”).
