About Ryan

Ryan McAndrew is a business development director at RSM US LLP, collaborating with industry leaders to help drive strategic growth of the firm’s real estate and construction assurance, tax and consulting capabilities. He is a graduate of RSM’s Industry Eminence Program, during which he worked alongside the firm’s economists to publish thought leadership covering real estate trends with a focus on the hospitality sector. He joined RSM in 2010 and is based in the Tampa, Florida, office.

Experience

Ryan has more than 15 years of experience serving middle market clients across the country, focusing on real estate entities in the hospitality subsector including hotels, resorts, timeshares and golf and country clubs. Ryan has also worked with construction firms, land developers and private equity groups investing in real estate portfolio companies.

Ryan is focused on providing RSM clients with data-driven insights based on his research on industry-specific and macroeconomic trends. He appreciates the opportunity at RSM to connect with business owners and stakeholders to identify pain points and solve business issues.
