Cameron Rustad co-leads RSM Canada’s technology, media and telecommunications industry team.

Experience

Cameron Rustad has extensive experience assisting a variety of public and private high-growth early-stage and midsized entities with audit and accounting services. He focuses primarily on technology companies. Cameron mainly collaborates with software as a service, technology development, and other emerging tech, media, and telecommunications clients.

In his current role, Cameron works with entrepreneurial clients on audit and accounting solutions, including complex accounting matters, including those related to debt and equity financings and revenue recognition. He assists clients with International Financial Reporting Standards, Canadian Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises and Canadian Accounting Standards for Not-for-Profit Organizations financial statements; note disclosure; and management discussion and analysis. Cameron is also actively involved with the firm’s in-house training and development programs.
