It’s an amazing resource for students to join, learn about the firm and our culture at RSM and also be able to connect with other students and RSM employees. Still to this day, some of the strongest relationships I have at RSM, I made through this program.
Andrew, assurance senior associate
I highly recommend this program. It gives you the opportunity to learn about the firm, sharpen your professional skills and an excellent chance to get a feel for yourself of what our culture is and what it might be like to work with our teams at RSM.
Sophie, consulting director
I got to meet a ton of really cool people that expanded my network and get my foot in the door to getting a position at RSM. In addition, it was really great to learn more about the day-to-day of a public accountant, which for me as a college student, was critical in setting myself up for my future career.
Alex, senior assurance associate
